How do I cancel renewal?
With one button in your account or via the link in the email we send 3 or 7 days before renewal. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: with a button in your account within 48 hours after renewal, if you haven't sent any messages in the new period. Otherwise, via support.
What happens when access ends?
Your conversations stay, and so do phone numbers you've opened. You can send new messages after renewing.
