Leaving your child with someone from the internet is scary. We're not an agency and take no commission, but we gathered on the profile everything you usually learn too late: who replies, who doesn't cancel, whom the neighbours trust.
It's a real person
The “Identity verified” badge means the nanny showed an ID card and a selfie, and a moderator checked them by hand. No ghost profiles or stolen photos. Documents aren't published and are deleted after 30 days.
Won't vanish at the last minute
Every booking is confirmed by both sides in the chat. Cancellations are counted and shown on the profile: “0 cancellations of 184” says more than any bio.
Video intro
An optional 10-minute call with a moderator: how she talks, how she answers “what if the child won't fall asleep?”. Nannies with a video intro get twice as many messages.
Reviews that can't be faked
A review can only be left after a booking confirmed by both sides. A “family from your district” recommendation is a geo-tied review: it can't be bought, and you'll trust neighbours faster than stars.
They reply, not ignore
Reply time is calculated automatically and shown on the profile. Anyone silent for two weeks temporarily disappears from search so you don't write into a void.
No money surprises
The price on the profile is the one you agree. We take no commission and never ask for prepayment. If someone asks for a transfer “via Lapsehoidja24”, hit “Report” — it's not our person.

How much does it cost a family?
Nothing. Search, messaging and posting are free. You can boost a listing for 4.90 € if you wish.
How much does it cost a nanny?
The profile and applications are free and there's no commission on earnings — what you agree is what you get. A Premium profile at 9.90 €/month lifts you in search and shows who viewed you.
Are you an agency? Are you responsible for the nanny?
No, we're a platform. We verify identity, count cancellations and keep reviews honest, but the agreement and responsibility are between you and the nanny. Look at cancellations, neighbour recommendations and the video intro, and keep the first meeting short and with you present.
How to hire a nanny officially?
A nanny can work as a sole proprietor (FIE) or through a business account (ettevõtluskonto) — then taxes are withheld automatically. The profile shows a “Works by contract” badge.
